Accepting the terms
By completing a transaction at vorquex.com, you enter into a binding contract with our headquarters in Spain. These terms are designed for maximum logistical efficiency for our United States operations. If you do not agree to these rigid automated protocols, please do not purchase.
6h Fulfillment Lock Rule
Our API integration with CJ Logistics is instantaneous to guarantee 2-7 day delivery. Cancellations or modifications are strictly prohibited after 6 hours from purchase. Once processed, the unit is physically secured for dispatch and cannot be recalled. No exceptions.
Express Shipping (2-7 Days)
We provide tracked air-freight shipping to the USA. You act as the "Importer of Record." Vorquex handles the export, but any local state taxes or customs formalities are your sole responsibility. Vorquex is not liable for carrier-specific delays.
Risk of Loss & Theft
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Vorquex is not liable for stolen packages (Porch Piracy). If your tracking shows "Delivered," our legal obligation is fulfilled. We recommend monitoring your link for secure reception.
Mandatory Video Proof
To eliminate manual support friction, physical returns for defective units are not required. You must provide clear, unedited video evidence of the manufacturing defect. Verified claims trigger an automated replacement. No video, no claim.
Strict Return Barrier
Returns cause environmental and financial loss. Items must be factory-sealed; opened units are non-refundable. International return shipping and all EU import duties are paid 100% by the buyer, which often exceeds product value.
24-Month Limited Warranty
Following European standards, we guarantee internal electronic performance for 2 years. This warranty is void if the device shows signs of physical impact, water damage beyond IP54, or unauthorized disassembly.
High-Intensity Safety Waiver
Vorquex lasers are professional-grade tools. By purchasing, you waive any right to hold Vorquex (Spain) liable for eye damage or personal injury. Proper operation and protective gear are the user's sole responsibility.
Anti-Chargeback Enforcement
Any fraudulent chargeback filed for a "Delivered" order is treated as retail theft. We contest all disputes with GPS evidence and these signed terms. Fraudulent disputes are reported to international databases.
Spanish Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the Laws of Spain. Any legal dispute must be resolved exclusively in Spanish courts. You waive any right to US-based class action lawsuits or jury trials.
